Disabled facilities
There are wheelchair-accessible toilets throughout the airport, hearing loops and TDD telephones. All telephones are fitted with induction couplers. Reserved seating and parking are provided; courtesy transfer shuttles are wheelchair-accessible. Ramps, lifts and elevators link all levels of the terminal building, including the station. Passengers requiring wheelchair and assistance boarding the aircraft should contact their airline prior to travel. All trains serving London Stansted Airport are equipped with facilities for disabled passengers; many coaches are not and passengers should check with the individual service providers. Regular coaches transfer passengers from the mid- and long-term car parks to the terminal. Parking for motorcycles is free in the designated (D) zone of the long-stay car park.
Driving directions
The airport is situated next to junction 8 of the M11 motorway, less than 20 minutes away from junction 27 of the M25 motorway and is easily accessible from London.

The brand new Radisson SAS hotel has 500 rooms and is just two minutes via a covered walkway from the terminal building.
